1. Data retrieval, treatment and filing.
With respect to the treatment of personal data, in the event of Cosentino, S.A. obtaining data of this nature, we have to inform you that the Interested Party (as defined by Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/99,) will be free to provide or not to provide the data requested when subscribing or registering for any of the services offered Cosentino, S.A. or by means of the present website.
Cosentino, S.A., will retrieve the personal data in an appropriate, pertinent and non excessive way in accordance with a specific, explicit and legitimate finality, and will not under any circumstances use fraudulent, disloyal, or illicit means. Said data will be incorporated into existing automated files in the care of Cosentino, S.A.
2. Rights

Said application should include the following details: name and surnames of the person whose data has been retrieved, company name, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National Identity Document, and the request on which the application is based. A duly authorised and documented representative may also make the application.
With respect to the consent to be given by the Interested Party, this should be unequivocally given, being able to freely revoke the same at any time.
3. Level of safety
Cosentino, S.A. has adopted the legally established personal data protection safety levels, having established the necessary resources and technical means to avoid the altering, loss, misuse, non authorised access or stealing of the same. Nevertheless, the Interested Party should take into account that the means in Internet are not impregnable.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
In the event of Cosentino, S.A. having the intention of transferring the Interested Party data to third parties, you will be notified of said circumstance in order for you to approve, or disapprove the same, together with information consisting of the identification of the company transferring the same, and also of the third party, the type of activity of the latter and the finality of said transfer.
5. Use of “cookies"
Cosentino, S.A. will use cookies when the Interested Party uses the web pages of the website. The cookies are solely associated with your computer but do not provide data concerning the name of the Interested Party. Neither do they read Interested Party hard disk information nor do they detect cookies created by third parties. They do however, enable Cosentino, S.A. to recognise the Interested Party, once registered, without the latter having to re-register on each visit. Cookies are only valid during the current session, and once the website is left these are deleted.
